Yanna is an Integrative & Complementary Medicine Practitioner with qualifications in Kinesiology and Mind–Body Medicine. Her approach brings together structural, neurological, emotional and mind–body perspectives to support the person as a whole.
Her interest in this work grew from a long-standing curiosity about why some people recover and regain their wellbeing while others remain caught in recurring patterns of pain, stress, fatigue or tension. This led her to explore the relationship between the body, nervous system, emotions, movement and overall health.
Yanna works in a calm, collaborative and assessment-led way, looking beyond isolated symptoms to understand the broader patterns that may be contributing to a person’s experience. Depending on individual needs, sessions may incorporate kinesiology, mind–body approaches, structural and craniosacral techniques, nervous system regulation strategies and Photobiomodulation (PBM) / Low Level Laser Therapy.
Yanna has completed comprehensive training with the Australian Institute of Laser Therapy (AILT), including Laser & IPL Science and Laser Safety certification, as well as comprehensive training in the clinical application of Photobiomodulation (PBM) / Low Level Laser Therapy.
Her aim is to help clients better understand their bodies, restore balance and function, and build greater resilience and wellbeing.
